Note: I disabled ambient spawns of the tactical pants by default, as they only look good with the body armor model or the jacket and tie- when paired with the shirt and tie neither mesh fits together too well. They can be equipped using a trainer or by spawning in Troopers, but otherwise they will not appear on Troopers that spawn in normally- However, if you want the tactical pants to spawn on normal Troopers, simply delete the second lowr line.

The tactical helmet, rain hat and bike helmet are disabled for ambient spawns as well, as it wouldn't make much sense for patrolling cops to wear that gear outside of specific circumstances- However, it can of course be equipped with a trainer.
